Delivery Time:
Our videos are usually recorded and delivered via email within 2–4 business days.

Reshoot Policy:

• In the unlikely event that there is any error in the video and the error is from our end, we will redo the video free of charge. We reserve the right to determine whether the error is from our end.

• If the video is recorded as per the customer’s instructions but the customer requests changes, a reshoot fee will apply.

Blessing Customization:
The Golden greeting will follow your specific requirements. Please contact us before recording for any changes. Once the video has been recorded, modifications will be treated as a new reshoot and charged accordingly.
