Refund policy

Our goal is to bring joy and satisfaction to our customers. 

In the unlikely event that there are any concerns with a video and the issue was caused by our team, we will re-do the video at no extra charge. If the issue was caused by our team although this rarely happens, please contact us.

Please note that we do not issue refunds, as our team would have already worked on your magical video. The payment made for your order is a retainer fee which authorizes our indigenous team to create the magical fun video blessing.

Any issues that are caused by the customer such as a change of request, wrong information provided, etc. will be treated as a new request.
